MXA VIDEO: WE TEST PRO CIRCUIT’S 2023 YAMAHA YZ125 TWO-STROKE

The Yamaha YZ125 two-stroke is one of the most popular bikes on the market and it’s resale price continues to hold its value. Yamaha is the only major Japanese manufacturer still producing two-stroke dirt bikes and they renovated this bike last year, making for an all-new 2022 Yamaha YZ125. The frame is the same, but the subframe, bodywork, and engine have been updated, which means that aftermarket has to update their products as well.

This Pro Circuit-built 2023 Yamaha YZ125 is the new version of Pro Circuit’s “Race Spec” engine and suspension for this bike, and we were the lucky ones who were able to test it. In this video, MXA’s Josh Mosiman and test rider, Ezra Lewis, talk about what it’s like to ride the YZ125 and go into detail about the parts used on it. This bike comes with Pro Circuit suspension and link arm, Pro Circuit Works Pipe, Ti-2 Kevlar R304 Shorty silencer, Pro Circuit port and polish to the cylinder and head, Pro Circuit RV piston, GET ignition box, Pro Circuit ignition cover, Dunlop tires, Twin Air filter and more.
