I’m excited to be in Seattle for a workshop on long(er) term design thinking. You can read more about it here: http://hcd.icat.vt.edu/workshop-on-longer-term-design-thinking/. Some stellar designers and researchers are organizing the workshop. Batya Friedman, Will Odom, and Daisy Yoo. I’m here to share insights about research that we’re doing (at Penn State) on local groups that collect and analyze water quality data in the Spring Creek Watershed. During the workshop I will share bite-size summaries of the goings on, and, when it’s over, I’ll write a brief reflection on the experience and share some key takeaways. Hooray!
