MXA’S 2023 WORLD TWO-STROKE CHAMPIONSHIP VIDEO: 720 RIDERS, THE “BIG ONE,” MASSIVE HILLS & SMOKE IN THE AIR

Look closely at the big crash in the first Open Pro start, which was Red Flagged when one-third of the field went down in a chain reaction crash. Try to spot the orange helmets of MXA test riders Josh Mosiman, Ezra Lewis and Brian Medeiros, who all went cartwheeling. Josh’s bike was too mangled to make the restart, but he got up off the ground to win the first 125 Pro moto a couple races later, while Ezra Lewis did make the restart (albeit detuned from flying through the air), while Brian Medeiros got a ride to the hospital with a dislocated hip when he was the last man run over in the Big One.

The 2023 Wiseco World Two-Stroke Championships, presented by FastHouse, once again delivered intense racing action. Glen Helen was packed with racers, young and old, along with many spectators who came to enjoy the sights and sounds of the two-stroke roaring up and down the hills of the Glen Helen National track. The Pro class was a stacked competition as usual, with tons of Pros hungry to get their slice of the $25,000 in prize money that was spread between the premier Open Pro class and the Pasha 125 Open Pro, Pasha Over-30, and Pasha Over-50 classes. In the end, Carson Brown took the win in the Open Pro class, Ryan Morais took the win in the Pasha 125 class, Mike Alessi won the Pasha 125 Over-30 class and Mike Brown won the Pasha 125 Over-50 class.

See if you can spot the major players in this Trevor Nelson video.
